Lead Hub: One Record Per Person. Every Source, Together.
Every phone number and email captured across your QR codes, landing pages, and CSV imports lands in one deduplicated Lead Hub — with a full attribution trail and per-purpose consent history for every person.
One Deduplicated Record, No Matter How Someone Reached You
A customer who scans a QR lead-capture gate on Monday, fills out a landing page form on Wednesday, and shows up again in a CSV you import next month is still one person — not three disconnected rows. SMLLR's Lead Hub (Pro plan and above) deduplicates every captured contact by phone number or email address, merging every touchpoint into a single canonical record regardless of which source captured it.
- Every touchpoint from a QR Lead Capture Gate, a landing page form, or a CSV import merges into the same record if the phone or email matches
- Missing details are backfilled, never overwritten — a phone-only lead that later gives an email through a different source keeps its original data plus the new field
- A full attribution trail per lead: source, QR code or page, timestamp, device, browser, OS, city/region/country, and IP for every individual touchpoint
- Dashboard stats at a glance: total leads, new leads in the last 7 days, and how many are marketing-reachable versus have given no consent yet
- Search your entire lead list by name, email, or phone, paginated 25/50/100 per page
- Deleting a QR code or landing page never deletes the leads it captured — Lead Hub is independent of whatever source generated the contact
Consent Is Captured Per Purpose, Not Assumed
Being in Lead Hub does not automatically mean a lead can be messaged. Every consent is captured for a specific purpose — email marketing or ad targeting today — as its own append-only, immutable record: the exact wording shown at the moment of opt-in, a timestamp, and the IP address, never edited or overwritten after the fact. A lead with no consent purposes granted still shows up in Lead Hub for attribution and reporting purposes, but cannot be messaged on any channel until they grant it. This purpose-specific model exists because consent to receive email is not the same thing as consent to be shown targeted ads, and treating them as one blanket "yes" doesn't hold up under DPDP's purpose-limitation principle.
How a Lead Actually Gets Into Lead Hub
Lead Hub itself requires a Pro plan or above — fitting, since every source that feeds it is Pro-and-above too. The QR Lead Capture Gate collects a phone number or email before or after a scan redirects. Landing page lead-capture forms (Pro plan and above, same as Custom Landing Pages) collect contact details directly on the page. CSV Import parses your spreadsheet in the browser in chunks, validates and normalizes each row, and reports invalid rows before anything is committed — so a handful of bad rows never blocks the rest of a large import.
The Shared Backbone Behind Email Marketing
Lead Hub is not a dead-end contact list — it is the audience source for Email Marketing. When you send a campaign, SMLLR pulls only the leads with an active email-marketing consent grant, and shows you exactly how many of your total leads currently qualify before you pick recipients. One record, one consent history, reused correctly across every channel that reads from it.
Retention and the Right to Erasure
Leads are retained indefinitely while your account is active — there is no automatic expiry on a captured contact. Erasure is a deliberate, explicit action instead: an admin-triggered hard delete removes the lead record along with its touchpoints and consent history, for the cases where a data-subject erasure request needs to be honoured.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Lead Hub?
Lead Hub is SMLLR's deduplicated contact database — one record per person, no matter whether they were captured via a QR code's lead capture gate, a landing page form, or a CSV import. Every touchpoint from any source merges into the same lead if the phone or email matches.
Which plan includes Lead Hub?
Lead Hub requires a Pro plan or above. This matches the plan requirement of the three sources that feed it — the QR Lead Capture Gate, Landing Pages, and CSV Import — so there is no tier where Lead Hub is visible but has no way to populate it.
How does SMLLR avoid creating duplicate leads?
Every captured contact is deduplicated on its normalized phone number (E.164 format) or lowercased email address. A second touchpoint matching an existing lead's contact merges into that same record instead of creating a new one, and backfills any missing fields.
Where do leads come from?
Three sources: the QR Lead Capture Gate on a QR code, a lead-capture form on a landing page, and CSV import. All three write into the same deduplicated Lead Hub.
Is CSV import available on every plan?
No. CSV lead import requires a Pro plan or above, the same requirement as Lead Hub itself.
What happens to a lead's data if I delete the QR code that captured it?
Nothing. Lead Hub records are independent of the source that captured them — deleting a QR code or a landing page never cascades into deleting the leads or touchpoints already recorded.
Can I see which specific QR code or page brought in a lead?
Yes. Opening a lead's detail view shows its full attribution trail — every touchpoint with its source, timestamp, device, browser, OS, and geographic location.
Does having a lead in Lead Hub mean I can email or message them?
No. A lead only becomes reachable on a given channel once they've granted consent for that specific purpose. Being captured and being consented-to-contact are tracked as two separate things.
How do I request a lead's data be permanently erased?
Contact SMLLR support with the lead's details. Erasure is an explicit, admin-triggered hard delete that removes the lead record along with its touchpoints and consent history — it is not something that happens automatically.
