One Balance, Every Channel
Every Pro and Premium account has a single credit wallet that powers usage-based sending across SMLLR's marketing channels. Email Marketing and Meta Sync both draw from it today; WhatsApp Marketing will draw from the same wallet once it ships, so there is no separate balance to track per channel.
What a Credit Covers
Credits are priced to make everyday sending cheap and predictable.
- 1 credit covers up to 50 email sends in a single campaign — send to 1 or 50 recipients in one go, it still costs 1 credit
- 1 credit covers 20 contacts touched in a single Meta Sync (added or removed both count)
- 1 credit covers 1 WhatsApp marketing message (coming soon)
- A campaign or sync that only partially completes (e.g. it runs out of balance mid-send) is only ever charged for what actually went out — never for recipients or contacts that were never reached
Your Monthly Allowance
Pro includes 100 credits every month; Premium includes 300. The allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle — unused allowance credits do not roll over, so there is no reason to ration them near the end of a cycle.
Top-Up Packs Never Expire
Running low mid-month? Top-up credit packs are available anytime from the Credits page and never expire on a billing-cycle boundary — they stay in your wallet until you spend them. If your plan ever drops below Pro, your balance is frozen (not lost) until you upgrade again.
A Full Statement, Not Just a Number
The Credits page in your dashboard shows your live balance broken down by monthly allowance vs. top-up credits, plus a complete, filterable statement of every credit, debit, and refund — with what it was for and when it happened.

Which plans include credits?
Pro (100 credits/month) and Premium (300 credits/month). Credits are not available on Free, Starter, or Basic plans.
How many credits does sending an email cost?
1 credit covers up to 50 email sends per campaign. Sending to fewer than 50 recipients in a single campaign still costs only 1 credit.
Do unused credits roll over to next month?
Monthly allowance credits do not roll over — they refresh to your plan's full amount at the start of each billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits are different: they never expire and carry forward indefinitely until spent.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-campaign?
The campaign sends as much as your balance covers and stops — you're only charged for what was actually sent. The campaign is marked so you can see exactly how many recipients were and weren't reached, and top up to finish the rest.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Top-up packs are available anytime from the Credits page in your dashboard via Razorpay, Cashfree, or PayU checkout, and the credits never expire.
What happens to my credit balance if I downgrade below Pro?
Your balance is frozen, not forfeited. You keep everything you've accumulated, but can't spend it again until you upgrade back to Pro or above.
How many credits does a Meta Sync cost?
1 credit per 20 contacts touched (added or removed) in a single sync. See Meta Sync for details.
Will WhatsApp marketing use the same credits?
Yes — that's the point of a single wallet. Once WhatsApp Marketing ships, it'll draw from the same balance shown on your Credits page today, alongside Email Marketing and Meta Sync, each with its own credit cost per action.
