SMLLR Webhooks & Slack Pricing: What's Included on Pro vs Premium

Webhooks and Slack notifications don't have a separate price tag on SMLLR — they're bundled into the Pro plan. Here's what actually differs between Pro and Premium once you're past that question.

The Short Answer

There's no separate fee for webhooks or Slack on SMLLR — both are bundled into the Pro plan (₹4,999/month) and above, along with Zapier, at no extra line item. If you're comparing Pro (₹4,999/month) to Premium (₹14,999/month) specifically to decide whether webhooks and Slack justify the jump, they don't need to — you get the exact same webhook and Slack functionality on either plan. The real differences between Pro and Premium sit elsewhere: the monthly credit allowance, and whether the REST API/MCP server is available at all.

What's Identical on Pro and Premium

Every webhook and Slack capability is a flat plan-level flag, not a metered or tiered feature — Pro and Premium accounts get exactly the same:

  • All six event types (`scan.created`, `qr.created`, `qr.updated`, `qr.scan_limit_reached`, `qr.scheduled_redirect_fired`, `qr.device_redirect_matched`).
  • Up to 10 endpoints per account, generic and Slack combined.
  • The same 90-day delivery history retention and 5-retry-attempt delivery logic.
  • The same signed payload format (`X-Smllr-Signature`, `X-Smllr-Timestamp`, `X-Smllr-Event` headers) for generic endpoints.
  • Zapier compatibility via the same generic webhook endpoint, since Zapier needs nothing SMLLR-specific.

Where Pro and Premium Actually Diverge

None of it is webhooks or Slack. The two real differences are the monthly credit allowance — Pro gets 100 credits/month, Premium gets 300 credits/month, shared between Email Marketing sends and Meta Sync contacts touched (see SMLLR Credit Wallet Explained for the full mechanics) — and the Developer group: the REST API and MCP server are Premium-only, with no equivalent on Pro at any price. If your use case is entirely webhooks, Slack, and Zapier, there's no functional reason to pay for Premium over Pro; Premium earns its price on credit volume and developer access, not on automation.

Yearly billing brings Pro to ₹53,989/year and Premium to ₹161,989/year, and the same table applies at either billing cycle — yearly billing is a discount on price, not a change in what each plan includes.

Where Zapier or Make Fit Into the Cost Picture

SMLLR's side of a Zapier or Make.com automation is free once you're on Pro — there's no SMLLR charge for connecting a webhook endpoint to either tool. Zapier and Make each run their own separate pricing for their own platforms (how many Zaps or scenarios you run, how often they check for new data, and so on), entirely independent of what SMLLR charges — worth checking each tool's own pricing page if volume is a concern, since that cost has nothing to do with your SMLLR plan.

What It Costs

Webhooks and Slack: free with any Pro plan (₹4,999/month) or Premium plan (₹14,999/month) account, no separate charge either way. If you're deciding between the two plans, base that decision on credit volume (100 vs 300/month) and whether you need the REST API or MCP server — not on webhooks or Slack, since those are identical on both.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a separate charge for webhooks on top of my SMLLR plan?

No. Webhooks, Slack, and Zapier compatibility are all bundled into the Pro plan (₹4,999/month) and above at no extra cost.

Do I need Premium for more webhook endpoints?

No — the 10-endpoint limit is the same on Pro and Premium.

What's actually different between Pro and Premium if not webhooks?

The monthly credit allowance (100 vs 300, shared between Email Marketing and Meta Sync) and access to the REST API and MCP server, which are Premium-only.

Does Zapier or Make charge me separately from SMLLR?

Yes — Zapier and Make each have their own independent pricing for their own platforms. SMLLR's side of the connection (the webhook endpoint itself) is free on Pro and above.

If I only need webhooks and Slack, should I still consider Premium?

Only if you also need the REST API/MCP server or expect to regularly exceed Pro's 100 monthly credits on Email Marketing or Meta Sync — webhooks and Slack alone don't justify the jump.

Does yearly billing change what's included in Pro or Premium?

No — yearly billing (₹53,989/year for Pro, ₹161,989/year for Premium) is a price discount on the same feature set as monthly billing, not a different tier.
