Reading Your Credit Statement
Understanding the balance breakdown and transaction history on the Credits page.
Your Balance Breakdown
The top of the Credits page shows three numbers: Monthly allowance remaining, Top-up balance, and your Total (the sum of both, and the amount actually available to spend).
The Statement Table
Below your balance, a full statement lists every transaction — credits, debits, and refunds — each with its type, source, a plain-language description (e.g. which campaign it was for), the amount, and your balance right after that transaction. Filter by type or source, and page through your full history.

|---|---|
CREDIT | Credits added — monthly allowance grant, a top-up purchase, or an admin adjustment |
DEBIT | Credits spent — a campaign send, or an unused allowance expiring at cycle end |
REFUND | Credits returned to your top-up balance |
