What Are Credits?
How SMLLR's credit wallet works, what a credit covers, and your monthly allowance by plan.
Overview
Credits (Pro plan and above) are SMLLR's single wallet for usage-based sending. Email Marketing draws from it today — WhatsApp Marketing and Meta retargeting sync will draw from the same wallet once they ship, so there's one balance to manage, not one per channel. View your balance and full statement from Marketing → Credits in your dashboard sidebar.
What a Credit Covers
A campaign is billed for what it actually sends, not what it attempted. Sending to 1–50 recipients in a single campaign always costs exactly 1 credit.

Your Monthly Allowance
Your allowance refreshes to the full amount at the start of every billing cycle. Unused allowance credits do not roll over — there's no benefit to rationing them near the end of a cycle.

Top-Up Credits Never Expire
Running low before your next cycle? Purchase a top-up pack anytime from the Credits page — unlike your monthly allowance, top-up credits never expire and carry forward indefinitely until spent. When you spend, your monthly allowance is used first (since it expires), then top-up credits.
