Getting More Custom Domains (Domain Add-ons)
How to add more than one custom domain to your account using paid domain add-ons.
How Many Domains Are Included in My Plan?
The Premium plan includes 1 custom domain by default. The Enterprise plan includes custom domain limits agreed during onboarding.
If you need to connect more than 1 custom domain — for example, if you manage QR campaigns for multiple brands or clients — you can purchase additional domain slots as Domain Add-ons.
What Is a Domain Add-on?
A Domain Add-on gives you one additional custom domain slot on top of what your plan includes. You can buy as many add-ons as you need, each billed separately on a monthly or annual cycle.
Each domain add-on slot can hold one verified custom domain. You can remove a domain and add a different one at any time.
How to Buy a Domain Add-on
Annual add-on billing is equivalent to 10 monthly payments — you get 2 months free compared to monthly billing.
Go to Settings → Custom Domain
Open Settings from the left sidebar and click the Custom Domain tab.
Reach your domain limit
Once you have used all included domain slots, the Add Custom Domain button changes to Buy Domain Add-on.
Click Buy Domain Add-on
You will be taken to the checkout. Choose monthly or annual billing, select how many additional domain slots you want, and complete payment.
Add your new domain
After purchase, your domain limit increases immediately. Click + Add Custom Domain to add and verify your new domain.
Managing Your Domain Slots
Your current domain usage is shown at the top of the Custom Domain settings page — for example, 1 of 2 custom domains used.
You can remove an existing domain at any time to free up a slot for a different domain. Removing a domain is immediate — QR codes using that domain will stop working until you add a new domain and update them.
If you cancel a Domain Add-on subscription, the extra domain slot is removed at the end of the billing period. Any QR codes using that domain will revert to smllr.app links after cancellation.
