Dashboard Overview — Your Control Centre
A complete walkthrough of the SMLLR dashboard — what every section does and how to navigate it.
Your Dashboard at a Glance
When you log in to SMLLR, you land on your Dashboard Home. This is your command centre — it shows you the health of your QR codes at a glance and provides quick access to every feature.
The left side of the screen holds the Navigation Sidebar, which is available on every page inside the dashboard.
Dashboard Home — What You See
The dashboard home shows you several key metrics and quick-access cards:
Total Scans — total number of times your QR codes have been scanned, ever
Scans This Month — scans recorded in the current calendar month
Active QR Codes — number of QR codes currently live and scanning
Total QR Codes — all QR codes in your account (active + paused + expired)
Recent Activity — a feed of your most recently scanned QR codes
Quick Start Tips — shortcut cards to create your first QR code, set up a campaign, and explore analytics
Trial Status Banner — if you are on a trial, this shows how many days remain and a link to upgrade
Top Bar
The top bar appears on every dashboard page:
Search — quickly search across your QR codes and campaigns by name
Notifications bell — alerts for important account events
Profile avatar — click to access your profile, settings, or log out
Theme toggle — switch between light mode and dark mode
Understanding Plan Usage in the Dashboard
Your current plan's usage is shown in the Subscription section (accessible from the sidebar). Here you can see:
- How many QR codes you have used vs. your plan limit
- How many campaigns you have created
- How many landing pages you have built
- How many team members you have added
- Your scan analytics retention period
You can also see your plan and upgrade options at any time by clicking Subscription in the left sidebar.
