Understand SMLLR's subscription tiers, what features each plan unlocks, and how your usage limits work.
SMLLR Plan Tiers
SMLLR offers six plan tiers. You start on a 14-day Free Trial which gives you full Pro-level access. After your trial ends, you are moved to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid tier.
Feature availability by plan is shown on every feature that requires an upgrade. Look for badges like 'Pro+' or 'Premium+' next to feature names.

About the 14-Day Free Trial
When you create a new SMLLR account, you automatically receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro-tier features. No credit card is required.
At the end of the trial period:
- Your account moves to the Free plan automatically
- QR codes you created remain active, but some advanced features (like redirect rules) are disabled until you upgrade
- Your analytics history is preserved
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during or after your trial from the Subscription page in your dashboard.
How Usage Limits Work
Each plan has limits on how many QR codes, campaigns, landing pages, and team members you can have at once. When you approach a limit, the dashboard shows a warning. When you hit the limit, you will need to upgrade your plan or delete unused items to create new ones.
Paused QR codes still count towards your QR code limit. Only deleted QR codes are removed from your count.
Billing and Invoices
SMLLR subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through PayU India. After each successful payment, a GST-compliant PDF invoice is automatically generated and available for download from your Subscription page.
If you upgrade mid-cycle, the remaining days on your current plan are carried forward and added to your new plan's billing period.
