How to remove a member, resend invites, and manage your team's access.

Removing a Team Member

Removing a member does not delete their SMLLR account. They retain access to any personal SMLLR account they may have. Only their access to your account is revoked.

Go to Members

Click Members in the left sidebar.

Find the member

Locate the member you want to remove in the Active Members list.

Click Remove

Click the Remove button next to their name. A confirmation dialog will appear.

Confirm removal

Click Remove Member. The person loses access immediately — they cannot log in to your account anymore.

Resending an Invitation

Go to Members

Click Members in the sidebar.

Find the pending invite

In the Pending Invites section, find the invite you want to resend.

Click Resend

Click Resend Invite. A new invitation email is sent and the invite expiry is reset to 7 days from now.

Member Seat Limits

Your plan includes a fixed number of member seats. The Premium plan includes 5 seats (you + 4 others). If you need more seats, contact SMLLR support at [email protected] to discuss options.

Pending invites count towards your seat limit — if you have 5 invites pending and no one has accepted yet, your seats are full.

If you reach your seat limit, you will not be able to send new invites until you either remove an existing member or cancel a pending invite.
