Exporting Analytics Data
How to export your scan data as CSV or PDF for sharing with clients or importing into other tools.
Export Formats

How to Export
For large date ranges, CSV exports may take a few seconds to generate. The download will begin automatically when ready.
Go to Reporting
Click Reporting in the left sidebar.
Set your date range
Use the date filter to select the period you want to export.
Click Export
Click the Export button (top-right of the Reporting page).
Choose format
Select CSV or PDF from the dropdown.
Choose scope
Select whether to export data for all QR codes, a specific QR code, or a campaign.
Download
The file is generated and downloaded immediately to your device.
What's in the CSV Export?

timestamp | Date and time of the scan (IST) |
qr_name | The internal name you gave the QR code |
qr_id | SMLLR's internal ID for the QR code |
is_unique | true/false — whether this is a unique scan for this device |
device_type | phone, tablet, or desktop |
os | iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, etc. |
os_version | The specific OS version (e.g. iOS 17.2) |
browser | Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Samsung Internet, etc. |
country | Country name |
state | State or region |
city | City name |
is_bot | true/false — whether SMLLR flagged this as a bot scan |
