Automated Email Reports

Set up scheduled email reports that deliver QR code performance data directly to your inbox on a regular schedule.

What are Email Reports?

Email Reports automatically email you (and optionally your team or clients) a performance summary of your QR codes at a regular schedule — weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

Each report contains:
- Total scans and unique scans for the period
- Top-performing QR codes
- Device breakdown
- Top countries and cities
- Scan trend chart
- Comparison to the previous period

The report arrives as a clean, professionally formatted email — no need to log into the dashboard to check performance.

Available on the Pro plan and above.

How to Set Up an Email Report

Go to Reporting

Click Reporting in the left sidebar.

Click Email Reports

Click the Email Reports tab or button on the Reporting page.

Click + New Report

Click the + New Email Report button.

Choose frequency

Select how often the report should be sent: Weekly (every Monday), Bi-weekly (every other Monday), Monthly (on the 1st of each month), or Quarterly.

Choose the scope

Select what the report should cover:
- All QR Codes — a summary of your entire account
- Specific QR Codes — select individual QR codes to include
- Campaign — report on all QR codes within a specific campaign

Enter recipients

Your email address is auto-filled as the primary recipient. On Premium plans, you can add additional recipients (e.g. your client's email, your marketing team).

Save

Click Save Report. The first report will be sent at the next scheduled date.

Managing Your Email Reports

You can have multiple email report schedules active simultaneously — for example, a weekly report for one campaign and a monthly report for your full account.

To edit or delete a report, go to Reporting → Email Reports, find the report in the list, and click Edit or Delete.
