Reward Models: Dynamic Discount vs Mystery Product

How the two reward types are configured, and how the payout is decided at the moment a game ends.

Dynamic Discount

Set a minimum and maximum ₹ amount, and a weight — Low, Medium, or High. Medium spreads outcomes evenly across your range. Low skews outcomes toward the lower half of the range (most plays land closer to your minimum); High skews toward the upper half. The actual configured range is always shown next to the setting, and on the player-facing side — never just a headline "up to ₹X."

Setting the same value for both minimum and maximum turns this into a fixed, flat discount for every play.

Mystery Product

Upload a list of physical products (name + photo). Every completed play picks one at random with equal odds across all active items — there's no weighting toward any particular product. Use the pause toggle (rather than deleting) to temporarily take an item out of rotation, e.g. if you're out of stock.

Play & Win doesn't track inventory or stock counts for Mystery Product items. Only list items you can reliably provide throughout your operating hours — a customer can win an item you're currently out of.

When the Reward Is Decided

The reward is computed the moment a game session ends — never before, and never based on anything other than your configured settings at that moment. Skill determines whether a customer gets to play and claim; it does not influence which discount amount or product they receive.
