Setting Up a Play & Win QR
Walk through the create wizard: choosing a game, a reward, and the finishing details.
Creating a Play & Win QR
From Play & Win → Create, a dedicated 3-step wizard walks you through setup. Each Play & Win QR is independent — a business running several QR codes (one per table, one per counter, etc.) can give each its own name, game, and reward.
Step 1: Choose a Game
Pick one of the available mini-games. Each shows a Preview button that opens the actual hosted game in a live demo, so you can try it before publishing — not a screenshot or description.
Step 2: Set the Reward
Choose between Dynamic Discount (a ₹ range with a weight setting) or Mystery Product (a list of physical items to give away) — see the dedicated reward models article for how each is configured and paid out.
Step 3: Name It and Finish
Name the QR
Used in reporting — name each QR something recognizable, e.g. "Table 4" or "Front Counter," so you can tell them apart later.
Collect contact info (optional)
Turn this on to show a short phone/email form before the reward is revealed — every submission lands in your Leads Hub. Leave it off for pure engagement with no data collected at all.
Upload a brand logo (optional)
Shown on the game screen and reward screen.
Set the replay cooldown
How long a single device must wait before it can play again anywhere at your business — defaults to 6 hours, configurable up to 72.
Post-claim redirect (optional)
A URL to your menu, socials, or website — shown as a "Continue" link on the reward screen after the customer has seen what they won.
Editing an Existing Play & Win QR
Open any Play & Win QR from the list page to edit it in the same 3-step wizard — game, reward, and details can all be changed after publishing. Changes apply to the next play; a reward already shown to a customer is never recalculated retroactively.
