Downloading Invoices

How to find, view, and download your GST-compliant SMLLR invoices.

About SMLLR Invoices

Every payment you make to SMLLR generates a GST-compliant PDF invoice automatically. Invoices are stored in your account for 7 years (as required by Indian tax regulations) and can be downloaded at any time.

How to Access Your Invoices

Go to Subscription

Click Subscription in the left sidebar.

Scroll to Billing History

Scroll down to the Billing History or Invoices section. All past payments are listed with dates and amounts.

Click Download Invoice

Click the Download button next to any invoice to download the GST-compliant PDF.

Adding Your GSTIN to Invoices

If your business is GST-registered, you can add your GSTIN to your account so it appears on all future invoices:
1. Go to Profile or Subscription
2. Find the GST Details section
3. Enter your GSTIN, registered business name, and registered address
4. Save your details

Future invoices will include your GSTIN and registered business details. You can use these for input tax credit (ITC) claims.

GSTIN must be added before the payment is processed to appear on that invoice. You cannot retroactively update already-issued invoices.

What's on a SMLLR Invoice?

  • Invoice number and date

  • SMLLR's GST details (GSTIN, legal entity name, address)

  • Your name/business name and GSTIN (if provided)

  • Description of the subscription purchased

  • Plan price (excluding GST)

  • GST amount (18% GST as applicable)

  • Total amount paid

  • Payment reference number
