Upgrading Your Plan
How to upgrade your SMLLR subscription — including how carry-forward days work.
How to Upgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately — you do not need to wait for your current billing cycle to end.
Go to Subscription
Click Subscription in the left sidebar of your dashboard.
Click Upgrade Plan
Click the Upgrade Plan or Change Plan button.
Select your new plan
Review the plan options and click on the plan you want to upgrade to.
Review the checkout
You will see the price and payment details. Review to confirm everything is correct.
Complete payment
Click Proceed to Payment. You will be redirected to the PayU secure payment page. Enter your card details or choose a UPI/net banking option.
Confirmation
After successful payment, your account is immediately upgraded. A GST-compliant invoice is generated and available in your Subscription page.
How Carry-Forward Days Work
If you upgrade mid-cycle (before your current plan expires), SMLLR calculates the remaining value of your current subscription and adds the equivalent number of days to your new plan.
Example:
- You are on the Basic plan (₹X/month), paid 15 days ago — 15 days remain on your current cycle
- You upgrade to the Pro plan
- SMLLR calculates the value of those remaining 15 Basic days and converts them into Pro days
- Your new Pro subscription effectively starts with those carried-forward days already included
You will never lose money when upgrading mid-cycle.
The carry-forward calculation is shown in the checkout summary before you confirm the upgrade.
Downgrading Your Plan
To downgrade, contact SMLLR support at [email protected]. Note that downgrading may result in some features becoming unavailable. For example:
- If you downgrade from Premium to Pro, your landing pages and geo-targeting redirect rules will be disabled (but not deleted)
- QR codes that use Premium-only features will fall back to their default URL
Your data is preserved — if you upgrade again later, your landing pages and rules will be restored.
