How auto-renewing subscriptions work via Razorpay, and how to cancel auto-renewal at any time.
How Auto-Renewal Works
When you choose Subscribe & auto-renew at checkout with Razorpay, SMLLR sets up a recurring subscription that charges your saved payment method automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you selected) — you don't need to manually repurchase or re-enter payment details each cycle. This uses Razorpay's UPI Autopay or card e-mandate, depending on the payment method you authorise at checkout.
Auto-renewal is only available through Razorpay. PayU is offered for one-time payments only — a PayU purchase does not renew on its own, and you'll need to manually repurchase before it expires.
Cancelling Auto-Renewal
Cancelling auto-renewal doesn't end your plan immediately — you keep full access to everything until the date your current billing period would have renewed. There's no partial-period refund for cancelling early.
Go to Subscription
Click Subscription in the left sidebar of your dashboard.
Click Cancel Auto-Renewal
If you have an active recurring subscription, you'll see a Cancel Auto-Renewal button next to your next billing date.
Confirm
Confirm in the dialog that appears. You will not be charged again.
