Sending a Campaign

How the consented-audience picker works, and what happens to leads who unsubscribe.

Only Consented Leads Are Selectable

The Send Campaign tab pulls its audience directly from Lead Hub, filtered to leads that have an active email marketing consent grant. Before you pick recipients, you'll see a summary like "X of Y leads are consented for email marketing" — X is your actual reachable audience. A Select all consented shortcut selects every eligible lead in one click.

Consent for WhatsApp or ad targeting is a completely separate grant and never adds to your email-eligible audience — only leads who specifically opted into email marketing appear here.

Choosing a Template and Sending

1

Pick a template

Select one of your saved templates as the campaign content.

2

Select recipients

Choose specific consented leads, or use Select all consented.

3

Review and send

Confirm the recipient count and template, then send. Sends process against your verified sending domain.

Unsubscribe Is Automatic

Every campaign email includes a mandatory one-click unsubscribe link. A recipient who clicks it is added to your account's suppression list automatically, which is checked before every future send — a suppressed lead will not receive another campaign email unless they re-consent through a new capture touchpoint.
