Lead Hub

What Is Lead Hub?

Understand how Lead Hub deduplicates contacts across every capture source, and what data it tracks per lead.

One Record Per Person

Lead Hub is SMLLR's deduplicated contact database. A person who scans a QR code's lead capture gate, later fills out a landing page form, and then shows up again in a CSV you import is still one lead — not three separate rows. SMLLR merges every touchpoint into a single canonical record, deduplicated by phone number (E.164 format) or lowercased email address.

Access it from your dashboard sidebar under Leads Hub. Lead Hub requires a Pro plan or above — the same tier required by the QR Lead Capture Gate, Landing Pages, and CSV Import that feed it, so there's no plan where Lead Hub is visible but has nothing to show.

What Each Lead Record Tracks

  • Contact details — name (if known), email, and/or phone number

  • Source types — every distinct source that has ever captured this person: QR Gate, Landing Page, or CSV Import

  • Touchpoint count — how many times this person has been captured or re-captured across any source

  • First seen / Last seen — timestamps bounding the lead's full history with you

  • Consent history — which marketing purposes (email, ad targeting) this person has explicitly granted, and when

  • Full attribution trail — every individual touchpoint's source, timestamp, device, browser, OS, city/region/country, and IP address

The Stats Bar

The top of the Lead Hub page shows four live counts: Total Leads, New (7 Days), Marketing-Reachable (leads with at least one active consent grant), and No Consent Yet. Below that, a source breakdown shows how many leads came from the QR Gate, Landing Pages, and CSV Import respectively.

Backfilling Never Overwrites

When an existing lead is captured again through a different source, SMLLR only fills in gaps — it never overwrites a value that's already there. For example, if a lead was first captured with only a phone number via a QR gate, and later gives an email address through a landing page form, the record keeps the original phone number and adds the new email. A name is only ever set if the lead didn't already have one.

Leads Outlive Their Source

Lead Hub records are stored independently of the QR code, landing page, or import batch that captured them. Deleting a QR code or a landing page never deletes the leads it generated — your captured contacts and their full history remain intact in Lead Hub.
