Create a QR code that takes the scanner to your booking or appointment scheduling page.
What is It?
The Booking / Appointment CTA creates a QR code that links to any online booking page — Calendly, Zoho Bookings, Setmore, a hospital appointment portal, or any custom URL where customers can book or schedule.
When to Use It
Salons and spas displaying booking QR codes at the counter
Clinics and hospitals for patient appointment scheduling
Consultants and freelancers sharing booking pages
Service businesses (tutors, trainers, coaches)
Hotel and restaurant reservation systems
How to Set It Up
Select 'Booking / Appointment'
Choose Booking / Appointment from the CTA type list.
Enter the booking URL
Paste the full URL of your booking page — this can be a Calendly link, a Zoho Bookings page, your website's booking form, or any appointment scheduling URL.
Add a description (optional)
You can add a short label that appears in the QR code frame, such as 'Book Your Appointment' or 'Reserve a Slot'.
Save and test
Save and scan to confirm the booking page opens correctly on mobile.
Tip
Combine this with a geo-redirect if you have multiple locations. For example, a QR code scanned in Mumbai can go to the Mumbai booking page, while the same QR code scanned in Delhi goes to the Delhi booking page.
