Google Maps / Navigation
Create a QR code that opens a specific location in Google Maps, ready for navigation.
What is It?
The Google Maps / Navigation CTA creates a QR code that opens Google Maps (or the phone's default maps app) and drops a pin at your specified location. On phones with Google Maps installed, it opens ready for turn-by-turn navigation.
When to Use It
Directing customers to your physical store, office, or venue
Event invites with a map QR code
Product delivery instructions with a drop-off point
Real estate site visits and property tours
Multi-location businesses with per-branch QR codes
How to Set It Up
Select 'Google Maps / Navigation'
Choose Google Maps / Navigation from the CTA type list.
Option A — Enter coordinates
Enter the precise latitude and longitude of your location. You can find these by right-clicking your location on Google Maps and selecting 'What's here?'.
Option B — Enter a Google Maps URL
Paste the full Google Maps link for your location (copy the link from the Share button in Google Maps).
Save and test
Test on a phone to confirm the correct location opens.
Tip
For best accuracy, use the Google Maps share link rather than manually entering coordinates. The share link is guaranteed to point to the exact place you selected on the map.
