How to Set It Up
Create your form
Build your form in Google Forms, Typeform, or your preferred form tool. Get the shareable link to the form.
Select 'Survey / Form'
Choose Survey / Form from the CTA type list.
Paste the form URL
Paste the shareable link to your form.
Save and test
Save and scan to confirm the form opens on mobile and is easy to complete.
Tip
Make sure your form is mobile-optimised before using it in a QR code campaign. Test it on both iPhone and Android to check that all fields are easy to tap and the form is readable without horizontal scrolling.
