Create a QR code that opens a simple feedback page where customers can rate their experience.
What is It?
The Feedback CTA creates a QR code that opens a lightweight feedback page hosted by SMLLR. Customers can submit a star rating and optional comments. Responses are collected in your SMLLR dashboard.

Post-service follow-up QR codes

How to Set It Up
Select 'Feedback'
Choose Feedback from the CTA type list.
Enter a question or prompt
Type the question you want to ask (e.g. 'How was your experience today?' or 'Rate our service').
Enable comments (optional)
Toggle on Allow Comments if you want customers to be able to write a text response in addition to the star rating.
Save and test
Save and scan to see the feedback page as customers will see it.
Viewing Feedback Responses
Feedback responses are available in your dashboard on the QR code's detail page, under the Feedback tab. You can view individual responses and export them as a CSV.
