QR Code CTA Types

Calendar Event

Create a QR code that adds an event directly to the scanner's phone calendar — iOS, Android, and Google Calendar supported.

What is It?

The Calendar Event CTA creates a QR code that, when scanned, prompts the user to add an event to their phone's calendar. It supports iCalendar format (for iPhone and Apple Calendar) and Google Calendar.

The user just scans and taps 'Add to Calendar' — the event appears with all the details pre-filled.

When to Use It

  • Conference and event invitations

  • Webinar and online event registrations

  • Product launch announcements

  • Holiday or seasonal event reminders for customers

  • Sports fixtures or match schedules

How to Set It Up

Select 'Calendar Event'

Choose Calendar Event from the CTA type list.

2

Enter the event title

Type the name of the event as it should appear in the calendar.
